This service is indeed perfectly adapted to your situation and allows you to join MAJ, by delegating the administrative and legal management of your company to our team, even if it was created with another agency. Our company will obtain a NOC (non-objection certificate) to intervene and represent you with the authorities, free zones and immigration services.

Please note that a one-time membership fee of AED 1 per partner applies to access our exceptional unlimited legal and administrative assistance service (AED 500/year). This fee includes the creation of your membership file, access to all MAJ services and our preferential rates. Membership is nominative and applies to each shareholder of the company.

Our scope of action is broad and includes all procedures related to immigration and the proper management of residence visas, the stages of recruitment and optimization of employment contracts, the modifications to be made to shareholding and the management of your company, as well as its renewal, while ensuring that you only pay the authorities' fees without being overcharged in any way.

Among other things, all administrative and legal procedures linked to a company and its associated visas. 

Warning, this service does not include the accounting and tax management of your company or specific requests linked to commercial law such as the drafting of general conditions of sale or intervention in disputes.

We will create a WhatsApp group entirely dedicated to the legal management of your company, in which several specialists from our team will be at your disposal.

You will then be free to ask all your questions relating to the good management of your company and to entrust us with your legal and administrative procedures. Our team will be there to guide you and take care of the required formalities on your behalf.

We strive to accelerate the delays usually observed by taking advantage of our network within free zones.

The specific requirements linked to your company and our need to physically travel for each administrative procedure with the DED (Mainland) result in specific operational costs. This service is specifically designed to support all your administrative procedures. However, it does not include our accounting or tax management, access to our MAJ Business Club, or any other service not referring to the administrative and legal management of your Emirati company.

However, you can offer your company these additional services and work with our different departments within MAJ.

The offer is nominative and is aimed exclusively at a company registered in the UAE and its associated visas. If you own two companies and wish to benefit from our support for each of them, we invite you to subscribe twice, specifying the two distinct legal entities which will be supported by the MAJ team.

This subscription will begin on the effective date and continue for a period of one (1) year. It will be automatically renewed for successive periods of one (1) year. Payment is made in a single monthly payment in order to protect our company and its commitment to your efforts.

You may unsubscribe without reason by informing MAJ of your intention not to renew your subscription at least thirty (30) days before the end of the current subscription period.
